• What to Expect: Studio Policies

🎹 Lesson Schedule

  • Lessons are held weekly from September through June.

  • Summer lessons are available by request for students who wish to continue during the summer months.

  • Lessons are scheduled at a consistent day and time each week.

💳 Tuition & Payments

  • Tuition is billed monthly based on your chosen lesson length:

    • €120/month — 30-minute weekly lessons

    • €160/month — 45-minute weekly lessons

    • €200/month — 60-minute weekly lessons

  • All materials, online recitals, group meetings, and ongoing support are included in the tuition.

  • Payments are made through MyMusicStaff at the beginning of each month.

  • Your private student portal allows you to view payments, lesson notes, and manage scheduling.

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • I understand that life can be busy! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with as much notice as possible.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made through your student portal.

  • Make-up lessons are offered based on my availability for any lesson missed with advance notice.

  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.

💻 Online Lesson Requirements

  • Lessons are conducted online via Zoom or Forte.

  • Please ensure a stable internet connection and have an iPad, laptop, or desktop computer ready for lessons.

  • A quiet, well-lit space with your piano or keyboard set up is ideal.

  • External microphones or cameras are optional but can enhance the lesson experience.

🎼 Materials & Practice

  • All lesson materials, including digital sheet music, apps, and theory resources, are provided.

  • Students are encouraged to practice regularly between lessons to ensure steady progress.

  • I will provide personalized assignments and practice goals after each lesson.

🎶 Recitals & Group Meetings

  • Monthly online recitals and Zoom group meetings are included in your tuition.

  • These sessions offer supportive, encouraging opportunities to share your progress and connect with fellow students.

📩 Communication

  • Open communication is always welcome. Please feel free to reach out with questions or concerns at any time.

  • I will also provide regular updates and progress notes through your student portal.

I started my piano lessons with Kamile about one year ago. She is very knowledgable and patient, and flexible with schedules for people who lives in different time zones. She teaches how to tackle a piece both musically and technically, and made the lessons fun and engaging. I could see myself improving during the past year.
